One term is 5 months long.
- Fall Term: September to January

Kids choose to enroll in the Fall or the Spring term. They can also choose to enroll for both terms.
Kids who enroll for both terms – the entire school year – receive a discount.
Kids can start mid-term. Tuition fees are pro-rated.

Registration requires a deposit payment of one month’s tuition. Payment is done by monthly instalments. Your card will be charged on the first of every month of the term except for the last month.
You can also choose to pay in full at the time of registration.
Kids play a variety of games depending on their age and skill level. We play educational and strategy games. See our class description for more information.
All games are screen-free.
We try to follow the public school schedule. There are no classes on statutory holidays.
We take a couple of breaks throughout the school year including one during Winter and Spring Break.
At registration, families choose between a monthly payment schedule with a deposit due at registration, or to pay the term tuition in full.
Cancellations Before the Start of the Term
To effectively plan and staff classes, and to be fair to other registered and waitlisted families, there are no refunds for cancellations of less than 30 days in advance of the starting month.
*Families on a Monthly Payment Schedule – Deposit Refund:
Families who notify us 30 days in advance of the starting month of the registered term will receive a full refund on their deposit.
Families who registered for both Fall & Spring terms at registration will receive a refund on both deposits when they notify us by August 1st. After August 1st, there are no refunds on deposits.
*Families who have Paid-in-Full – Tuition Refund:
Families who paid-in-full at registration will receive a full refund on tuition fees when they notify us 30 days in advance of the starting month of the registered term.
Families who registered and paid-in-full for both Fall and Spring terms during registration will receive a full tuition refund until August 1st.
Leaving Mid-Term & Early Termination Fees
*Families on a Monthly Payment Schedule:
If you decide to leave mid-term, you will pay an early termination fee equivalent to the deposit collected at registration.
- There are no refunds or credits on tuition fees for the current month.
- Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
*Families who have Paid-in-Full:
If you decide to leave mid-term, you will pay an early termination fee equivalent to the regular tuition fee for 1-month in any registered term.
- You will be refunded the fees for the remaining months of the class term.
- There are no refunds or credits on tuition fees for the current month. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current month.
- If you registered and paid-in-full for both Fall and Spring terms during summer registration, your early termination fee is charged per term you’re registered in.

Drop-in classes are not possible because our classes build upon skills that kids acquire through previous classes.
To be fair to all of the kids and to maintain class quality, make-up and drop-in classes are not offered.
Kids develop familiarity and trust with their classmates. This encourages them to express their opinions and debate others in a comfortable environment. Unfamiliar faces can make many kids nervous and curb engagement.
Parents are not permitted in the classrooms during class as this can make some kids nervous.
Drop-off: Please ensure that your child arrives on time.
Pick-up: Please pick up your child within 5 minutes after class ends.
There is no before or after class supervision available.
We offer tuition credit when you refer a friend. There is also a special rate for kids registered for both Fall & Spring terms.
